Ted is responsible for the direction, coordination and supervision of all activities for two of our Presbyterian Senior Living communities. We count on Ted for maintaining a quality working and living environment at Sycamore Manor Health Center and the Presbyterian Home at Williamsport. This includes ensuring quality of care, innovations in services, resident rights, effective staffing and the fiscal stability of each community.

Lesley assists Michele, our Executive Director, with the operation of our community in compliance with organizational policy and procedures, as well as federal, state and local regulations. Lesley maintains the quality of care, quality environment, quality improvement, effective staffing and fiscal stability of Sycamore Manor. Lesley enjoys working with residents and families and serves as a liaison between our community and outside entities.

Jillian coordinates a customer-friendly admission process and interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other staff. She assists prospective residents, families and referral sources with the touring, application, screening and sales process, while assisting our Executive Director and Assistant Administrator with overall resident satisfaction. Jillian also maintains the confidentiality of residents, families, employees and community information in compliance with HIPAA policies and applicable regulations.

Bobbie develops and maintains nursing policies, procedures, objectives and standards of practice. She communicates directly or through our staff to residents’ families, keeping them aware of changes and general conditions. She remains knowledgeable of residents’ conditions through daily  rounds, personal visits and chart review.

Mark Kline

Mark is responsible for providing a clean, sanitary, safe and attractive environment for residents, family members, visitors and employees.  He sees to the efficient functioning of all community electrical, utility and mechanical systems and physical structures, in addition to overseeing and managing the community environmental services function and personnel. Mark negotiates environmental services-related contracts and manages all community renovation, expansion and new construction projects.  He serves as community Safety Officer; maintains OSHA compliance, and directs program development and improvements, as well as safety inspections and training.  Mark serves as Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee.

Melissa Beach

Melissa is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive activity program, which includes recreational, physical, spiritual, cognitive and social stimulation.  Melissa’s staff provides group and one-on-one activities for our residents’ enjoyment, based on each resident’s interest and ability to participate. Weekly activities include discussion groups, arts and crafts, gardening, current events, exercises, movies, worship services, and games.  Books, magazines, music, and movies are also available for you upon request.  A monthly activities calendar is posted on the bulletin board adjacent to the nurses station to encourage residents and their families to participate and enjoy.  She also supervises and coordinates the volunteer program within our community.

Sherri L. Neece

Sherri provides support and assistance to residents and their families at admission and throughout their stay. She offers assistance with personal counseling, financial resource problems, resolution of complaints, room transfers and in linking residents with community resources during their stay and upon discharge.  If residents or family members have a problem and don’t know who to turn to, the Social Services department is the best place to start. 

Kathi Lamade

Kathi executes all functions necessary to generate monthly Medicare, Medicaid, and all other billings for the Sycamore Manor. She oversees weekly payables and ensures balances are in good standing with vendors. Kathi acts as a liaison between families and the Medical Assistance Office.

Victoria directs the provision of quality patient therapy services.  She monitors and manages resident rehabilitation needs and treatment plans, while ensuring that state and federal policies, procedures and patient care standards are met.

Andrew Kendall

Andrew plans, organizes and directs all activities and systems in the Food Service department.  He assumes responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, preparation and service of food, and staff development.  He also assures the nutritional needs of residents are met through clinical nutrition services.

George coordinates the spiritual programs at both area Presbyterian Senior Living communities, conducting worship services, hymn sings, Bible studies and hospital visits. As chaplain, he provides emotional and spiritual support for the residents through periodic visits and as requested. He also serves with the Management Team and the Eden Core Leadership Group.

She communicates changes in a resident’s condition in a timely fashion to include but not limited to the physician, other disciplines, the following shift, and family members.  Susan makes daily resident rounds to assess quality of care performance and teamwork by employees, to assure overall quality service.  She also provides written and verbal reports of residents conditions to the Director of Nursing.
